Westminster Dog Show!

The Westminster Dog Show is next Monday and Tuesday nights (Feb. 10th and 11th) on USA starting at 8:00 p.m. EST so grab your munchies and get ready for a night in front of the TV. :D

On a side note.... I have entered Dusty in a couple of upcoming dog shows. We are traveling to NY for the Hudson Golden Retriever Specialty on March 23 and will be entered in the Western Pennsylvania Kennel Club show on April 5th and 6th. He is kind of out of coat now so I am hoping he grows more fast and doesn't do any more shedding! :rolleyes:

The show in NY is 6 hours away from me. That will be the farthest I have ever traveled for a dog show but a friend of mine is going to so it will be a girls and dogs kind of weekend! ;)

Also, the AKC National Agility Championships are Sunday night (Feb 9) on Animal Planet at 8 pm

If I'm not mistaken it's a continuation. We're watching right now. Josh the Newfie got best of the working breeds. He was one of my favorites in that one. I liked the Sammy and the Dobie too. The Dane was pretty, but I just don't like the cropped ears.

Could you hear me screaming? The standard poodle took my breath away and he won! Bella and I did a High Five! :D This is going to be a tough competition!

Ack, you have no idea how much I wish I had Animal Planet now. Oh well I guess I'll have to wait until the couple of Canadian stations that show it broadcast it here...I think that will be in March or April :(
