I just had a call from my husband, who is working at home, that we had a package come in today's mail. It was a calendar from Workman Publishing, with a note that a picture of Paula and Buddy was chosen for next year's calendar! They will be appearing of August 8, 2002 in the 365 Dogs Page-a-Day calendar from Workman! I am so excited - I have bought and loved this desktop calendar for years!
Wow! Pup was Dog of the Day here last week, Paula and Buddy are calendar stars... poor Boo! I need to take more Boo pictures and get her adorable face to win a contest, too!

Wow! I have that calendar for this year and I love it. I can't beleive I will actually "know" the two cutest pups in there! Congratulaions! And kisses to sweet Boo, who must be feeling a bit left out of all the excitement ;)

I'm so excited - I'm on my way home from a late evening at work, and I can't wait to see the calendar!
Becky - It's not a contest per se, but being that there's only 365 pages, and who knows how many people send their dog's pics in, I guess it's a contest!
Tonya - I have seen them at any bookstores where calendars are sold; last year, I got mine at Meijer, in the book department.
Yes I'm super-proud (I know what every family member is getting as a stocking stuffer this Christmas!) :p :D

Wow, Congradulations to Paula, Buddy and Pup and Boo your turn next. I will be looking for that calendar, I love those desktops and I have one this year with all different Schnauzers.

Wow! Boo, Paula, Buddy and Pup!!!! That's fabulous! How proud you all must be. Can't wait to see them in all their glory. Can I say "I knew them when??" :D And Boo, your turn is coming! Have mom get out the camera!

I sent in about a dozen pictures: of each dog by itself, of different combinations, of my mom's dog, of my bridge girl, Freckles...
And this is the one they picked (I'm showing y'all so that you won't feel obligated to buy the calendar - lol! :p ):

What a beautiful action shot! And congrats on your famous greys :) That's so wonderful and what an honor! I'll have to buy that calander for next year, I have never even heard if it, but I am sure I'll be able to find it at a calander store :)
