FOXY

Alert and one very foxy little lady! Foxy is a Boxer/Husky mix with an extraordinary coat. She's only nine months and weighs in at about 40 lbs. having quite an appetite which will help to fill her out with a girlish figure. Sometimes a little timid, she is extremely loving and wants very much for human companionship and caring. Her foster mom is teaching her housetraining and says she is a quiet girl in her crate. Her friendliness includes not only humans, but dogs and cats, too. Someone is going to be very lucky for the love of Foxy. Will it be you???

BUDDY

This munchkin is a long legged Terrier mix sporting the latest peek-a-boo doggy bangs high fashion do. Full of kisses and love for the right person, he's a real sweetheart bouncing with joy. His second birthday will be coming up soon and he'd love to be celebrating with you! An avid ball player, the ball better be industrial strength since he's so fond of them he'll chew them up. Knowing good doggy manners will land him a home sooner, he can "sit," "stay," and perform "down." House and crate trained, he is also acquainted with an electric fence system. Cats don't bother him a bit, and he does get along with some dogs. For all his lovin' and playin', Buddy is not a kids type of dog. We recommend only teenagers and up as residents in his new home.

PERRY

Perry is 2 1/2 years old, Rottweiler mix, male, neutered and up-to-date on shots. He is housebroken and has been crate trained. He should have a fenced yard to run in. He is good with teenage children to adults. He is trained to walk using a gentle leader. He knows commands such as sit, lay, roll over. He gets along with some dogs but would do better as an only "dog" as he can be slightly food possessive. We do not know how he is around cats.

mugsy, you ARE right. Those 3 dogs are sweeties. I hope they find the wonderful homes they deserve.
Foxy looks very much like a Pharaoh Hound.

mugsy, I've looked at Foxy again...& she's very, very like a Pharoah Hound.
Is there a breeder of Pharoah Hounds that would be willing to have a look at her to say if she's one or not? At the least, she could be a Pharoah Hound cross.
The breed is often called the Egyptian Pharoah Hound...but it's actually the national dog of Malta, the island country in the Mediterannean. There would be Pharaoh Hound breeders in the US...it's described on the American Kennel Club site. It's not a common breed but it has a distinctive appearance...& Foxy has some of those characteristics.

Pardon my bad spelling above...should be Pharaoh. Here's the pic page from the Pharaoh Hound Club of America site.
