How do you put pix in these posts?

Can someone help me? I'd like to put some pictures in these boxes that get filled in with comments but I don't know how to do it other than to send an attachment. I'm a relative newcomer to these threads. Could someone please tell me?
Also how does one change the color of the font?

To put a pic in, first you have to have them uploaded at a website that allows imagehosting. The best one (that I know of is) Imagestation... http://www.imagestation.com Get an account there, upload some pics.

When you have the pics uploaded, open a pic. Right click on it, and go to properties. There will be a URL there. Highlight the URL and copy it.

In the post here click on the IMG button (above) and paste that url.

To change the color there is some options above the reply...the same place as the IMG button, you can choose size, font, color, etc.
