Latley I have noticed Sam acting strangley. I noticed some weird noises coming from her cage so I went over to her andShe was in her tubes and staying in one place and she was stomping her back feet over and over and she does this for a while.. I dont know if something is wrong with her or not? Has anyone ever experienced this before with their gerbils or hamsters?

Maybe she got scared!

If you are worried, I would take her to the vets if it happens again.

It's normal gerbil behavior!
I have had several pairs of gerbils over the years and they would do that as a warning signal of danger to the other gerbil.
Was there an unfamiliar or sudden loud noise that might have scared Sam?
Sometimes they would do it if you went up to their cage when they weren't expecting you. I always thought it was cute.
So don't worry, it is normal and you don't need to go to the vet.:)
