A jpg file *should* be valid with imagestation. Send me the file to [email protected] and I'll see if I can figure it out.

When you save a file in your program do you get a menu that says: Save as...?
If you do, go down the list of options and look for Jpeg or Gif as formats to save the file. If you can save in either of those two formats Imagestation will accept it.

I think I have discovered the problem. I dont think it is the file type, I think it is too big.

Can anyone tell me how I reduce the size!

Have you got any picture editing programmes, like Photoshop on your machine, or Photo Editor? There, you can resize them.

Thanks Randi, I think I shall have to take some time and investigate and try some of the software that I have.

I'm sorry...I received your file, but I can't figure out how to do anything with it. I can't open it in Photoshop. It is not a .jpg file. It is a .mix file. I have never heard of a .mix file, but that is what it is. Does anyone have a program that uses .mix files?
