Carl didn't appreciate it, but he let me set up his toys and take a picture. What a cruel mommy I am. http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/biggrin.gif

Rottie, that is the cutest photo I have ever seen. Love that Carl, I'm assuming he is named after the book or was the book named after him? Great, great Photo, love it.

Carl is one of the pampered pets for sure. I love the picture!

I don't see a Giggle Ball among the loot. Hannah got one for her last birthday and she just loves it. She gets so excited over it and starts growling at Tucker and me. We have to stop playing and have her calm down a little.

I just know it's gonna be trouble when Dad's surfin' and hollers "Hey Cinder, come look at this..."

Carl's *Kodak Moment* reminds me of the day Dad wanted a picture for his buddies at the FD to put on a picture display board - many trying moments of "Hold STILL, ____-it!"

Now he wants one with SmokeMutt, the Kat, and me all lookin' good at the same time. I can hardly wait to get started. Maybe Carl would be a saint and sit in for me? Interested, Carl?

Carl:
You are such a good boy! My two would never be able to sit still with all their toys. They are not quite as indulgent with me as you are with your mom. You are certainly one beautiful dog, and your mom is very lucky!

Daisy's Mom

What a wonderful picture! Carl is a very handsome boy. I wish I could take a picture with Daisy and all her toys but I doubt I could round them all up! Daisy has them spread all over the house. Speaking of toys, what is/has been your dog's favorite toy? Daisy's was Pink Bunny, a stuffed pink squeaky rabbit from Petco she got for her first birthday. That bunny was her baby, she took it everywhere and watched over it. Daisy enjoys shredding plush toys but Pink Bunny remained unharmed until one summer day when Daisy took her to visit my uncle. She sat with Pink Bunny in the grass, watching uncle Dave mow the lawn. Then a cat ran by and Daisy told Pink Bunny she'd be right back and went off after the cat. When she returned, the grass where she'd been sitting was cut... and so was poor Pink Bunny. My sad little puppy carried the remains of her best friend around for a day or two before we bought her about 10 other toys to keep her happy. She loves all her toys but nothing will ever replace good old Pink Bunny! What a tearjerker huh? http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/wink.gif
