Trying to help abandoned and ferals

Hi there,we (with my persian Loki:) trying to raise some funds to help abandoned and feral cats. After some researches i found some californian site - The Cat House on the Kings, seems they do great job. I would like to hear if anyone knows some other trusted sites that can help and i could donate some money there.

To begin with, i started some campaign with my design on t-shirts:
