Cerebellar Hypoplasia Dog Puck rescued from Craigslist looking for home.

Recently rescued off Boston Craigslist.
His Rescuer Writes:
He has moderate CH, he can run like the wind, sideways.
He's a great boy, about one year old. I got him off of Boston's craigslist when he was listed as "free to good home" - he could've easily ended up in the wrong hands.
He ended up in a great home, but certain life changes have caused his guardians to have to now rehome him. They are devastated beyond words, they love him very much, but their landlord has now changed the house rules on them.
Puck is going to be fitted for a quad cart. He can get around, but a cart will help him immensely. He's an absolute love bunny, gets along with everyone, has his own fan club and dog posse here in Providence.
Puck needs a new home, one that understands the responsibilities of having a CH pet. Please don't bash the current owners, they are wonderful people who had the rug pulled out from under them, and are doing their utmost to do the right thing by him.
Any suggestions would be really appreciated and helpful.
