Bacon!!!!

The humom made BACON, tomato sandwiches for her dinner today....I GOT BACON......she told me some humans ate that with lettuce...why? BACON!!!!

While some humoms have bacon lettuce and tomato sandwiches, I prefer cheddar, tomato and bacon sandwiches!

Summer always meant open-face sandwiches under the broiler with cheese, ripe tomato slice, then bacon on top! Family classic!

Yum Yum bacon!! I cooked 12oz pack of bacon yesterday and ended up with lots of grease which I wanted & very crisp bacon. Bacon is gone now :) It lasted 2 breakfasts. I use bacon grease when I cook beans. cabbage etc. Cant wait until our tomatoes are ripe. Then we'l have BLT sandwiches.
