At least, New York City has a mayor that is considering lifting the ban on pet ferrets! We know we have featured a ferret as Pet of the Day is the past that just put "USA" for fear of being discovered by a fellow New Yorker, so we are happy for them!
I was amused by the “Evidence shows ferrets do not bite more frequently or severely than other pets the same size.” What else is the same size as a ferret? Three guinea pigs placed end to end?
