I was sitting here watching tv.

For some reason, we watch "Cash Cab" all the time - it comes on the local station and a spanish language station, NUVO.

------------------

The show is in english, but some commercials are in Spanish, It's fun to watch a commercial you have seen in English and then view the version in espanol.

The Muppets still can't sync their lips to the words?;)

Anyway,
I was watching CC and stuck my head into the computer when the commercials came on......I am listening with half an ear - and I hear the commercial about Don King Coffee.

Now, the commercials are in a kind of 'Spang-lish' - you will hear product names and slang terms spoken with a definite accent!

---------------------

So, I hear this guy talking, in Spanish, about his coffee and he says, "Don King cafe" - Don King Coffee?

I look up at the end of the commercial the company logo comes on.

I start to laugh. It's not "Don King Coffee", It's Dunkin' Donut Coffee!
There really isn't a word that translates well to 'dunking' - and the product name isn't going to be changed - they do drop the 'donut' part of the name...

So, It's sadly not Don King coffee, but hey, A man can dream, right?
