Maybe he thinks that the Dog.s tail is a portable warmer!!!

You know by now, Richard: dogs just sniff butt and have a new friend for life in 20 seconds. Cats? They need to think on it for a LONG time, lol.

Ed D Katz is thinking perhaps he can be furiends with this dog . . . maybe! :D
