Need HELP with ticket printing program!

I need to print tickets for an event using and older version of SureThing Ticket Maker.

I last used it in 2009. In using it again, everything has gone very well - except that I can't get the ticket numbers to appear at all!!!!!

HELP!

(Their Help menu is worse than useless...)

Never heard of it - what do you mean? Does it print on a roll of tickets or something?

I just downloaded the new software and it worked fine (though my colour choice was a little wild! lol)

In 2009 the pre-perforated ticket stock, complete with ticket stub, came with an installation CD. I think perhaps that old version doesn't like Windows 8, though it installed with no problem.
