Will be MIA for just a bit - my sweet granny passed away

My granny passed away this morning. I will be traveling to Houston on Monday after work and back next Monday the 17th.
I don't know how much I will be checking in during that time.

She was 90 years old and had been wanting to go be with Jesus for some time. She was tired. Doesn't mean we won't miss her and our hearts aren't going to hurt for some time... or forever.

Just wanted to let y'all know that I will be away from here and the facebook group for a bit of time. :(

You will be in our prayers. She sounds like my friend Mary Green who told me, when she was in her late eighties, "When the Good Lord calls, I'm ready!" She lived to be over 100, but her presence at the nursing home was a blessing to many during her later years.

Thank you. I will put something on my facebook page tomorrow. I respected my cousin's wishes and did not today since two of her kids had birthdays today (oldest is 23 next is 15). She thought, and I agreed 100%,that they should not find out until tomorrow.

I am sorry for your loss, Crystal. She lived a long life and made an impact on so many people, you have written about her off and on as long as I have known you.
