Most animal people have known this for years but obviously there are still people buying China Made Products for their pets...and the pets are suffering for it (as are their owners after the fact). I can't believe I still see these products on the shelves of petsmart and all chain stores. Shameful....they should all be pulled from the market!!!!
Also, if you see someone in the store about to buy these "treats", don't hesitate to educate them. I always do and they are always grateful. They wouldn't be buying "treats" for their pets if they didn't love them and would never want to knowlingly harm them.
I have gotten gifts from well-meaning friends...China Made pet treats...I always tell them why I won't be able to use them. And no, I don't take them to the Humane Society...I throw them away!
