10/17/13"Subj: CHOCO - DESPERATELY IN NEED OF RESCUE. HAS BEEN IN SHELBY COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER SINCE 2/8/13! Please call the OHIO Shelter at (937) 498-7201 or email [email protected]. Choco has been at this shelter the longest (2/8/13) so his time is short. He was just a puppy when he arrived. The shelter is in a critically-overcrowded situation with 44 dogs and 26 cage"
