Karen...a question.

Karen I recently deleted my history on my computer for problems I had recently. Now when I come here I have to keep putting in my name and then my my password shows up automatically. Before I deleted my history my name would come up automatically also. How can I fix this, thanks.

You need to check the little box that says "remember me" when you log in!

Where does it say 'remember me', haven't seen that.

Right below the boxes where you log in with your username and passowrds, there's a little line of test with a checkbox that appears that says "Remember me?"

All it say is : Welcome, redbird Notifications, MY profile, Settings, Log out. No line at all with 'remember me'.

I have even logged out and came back in but still nothing.

It does not appear when you are already logged in. You need to hit that "log out" and then you will see it, when you go to log in again!

As I mentioned, I already logged out and in a few times but I will try it again.

Ok Karen, it finally worked. I didn't realize I had to start as if I were a new member, a pop-up showed with my information on it and there was the 'remember me box' which I clicked on.
