BUT ... the incoming Premier Stephen McNeil DID sign Earl Grey's "Pledge of Compassion and Action" - because "Neglect STILL isn't working".

"BREAKING NEWS: Liberal leader Stephen MacNeil (sp) has signed Earl Grey's pledge! He is the first candidate for Premier to personally contact Earl and show his support."
