My dear Emily is a food thief. (Can't think of the slang for this.) I left the box of Chinese takeout on the table, wrapped up and went to change clothes. I thought about it, returned to the kitchen area, and discovered that Emily had undone the wrapping, opened the box and snagged a chicken skewer. Sneaky determined little girl.

NO apologies either. I just broke it up so she didn't eat wood. Sweet old lady. I have to admire her spirit. :love:

Cammie, our senior girl, has 3 teeth left. Last week we grilled steaks. There was some tough, gristely parts that were too tough for us to eat.
You guessed it.... When we set our plates in the sink, she jumped in there and started knawing away at it. When we realized she really, really, really wanted it and was going to eat it no matter what, we minced up a little finer for her. She is one determined cat!
