Introducing Hailey. She is 6 lbs of catitude. She is 16 months so she is small.

She was an outdoor kitty that wanted indoors. The other cats wouldn't let her in the shelters in the garage and she didn't want to be in the shelters. So I took her in. The lady volunteers at the shelter and will take care of checkups. She's very small and supposedly not too bright so she was worried about her freezing over the winter. She is a friend of a friend who thought of Lil Bub when she heard about her.

Right now she is spewing at the others. I did make a friend by giving her chicken. <grin>

She said if it doesn't work, she'll take her back. I'm willing to give it a go. Mine are not too put out.

This morning:

Hailey ate with the rest of the crew, hissing a lot and growling some. She has made herself right at home.

Mine are continuing their normal routine. Best Guess? "Aw, Mom, another one? Been there, done that!" :D

Such a pretty girl! Her coloring reminds me of my RB Chloe. And my sister has a cat who is absolutely tiny, and that cat is the alpha pet in the household over 2 other cats and a dog. :-)

Good things come in small packages. Mac is a small cat, but he is my  kitty. He is also boss cat in my home. The other two respect his position and always defer to him. If they don't, he soon puts them in their place. Mac is small, but mighty, and I have a hunch Hailey will be much the same. Congratulations on gaining a new furkid to love!

Spunky at nine lbs is the alpha cat. Size is irrelevant. :D

Doing pretty well. Seems cleaner than yesterday. She likes the cooked meat. <grin> Lets me hold her and give her some scritches. She also is spewing and growling less.
