Big news, I got the job I was interviewed for a few weeks ago! I start Monday and work for two weeks, then they close down for three weeks so I get another break :D

It's a civilian job with Defence as a database manager. I can't remember how to design databases because my brain has turned to mush, so I guess that's what I'll be doing this week!

I start this Monday, but I've spent most of this week at home battling government paperwork - and still don't have it right! I'm a bit nervous, so looking forward to knocking off the first few days and relaxing a bit.

We were at the base today to pick up Shane's younger brother from his divisional parade thingy - 1200 young men in their whites - PWWWWOOOOOAAARRRRRRR (not that I'm supposed to look at these things, oh hang on, look but don't touch :) )
