A beautiful Girl :)

Griz Is the Beautiful Iguana I just adopted. The thing you can not tell from the pic is that she is blind. Griz is a rescue from the Colorado Reptile Rescue. It took a while to get used to her.. She is easily scared... especially when you pick her up. Also she feels her way around with her paw.. so you need to be very aware of her.. otherwise she will paw your face trying to get closer to your voice. She loves the singing of our finch... and Classic rock..:) Though she may be a little more difficult I would never think twice about adopting a special needs pet.

She is the sweetest lizard. and loves nothing more then to snuggle and eat her favorite food.. collard greens:)

An Iguana! How cool!! So, you are a reptile person I see. I am too even though I have no reptiles. When the day comes that I get one, I know already how to take care of them, what to feed them, etc. BTW-welcome to Pet Talk!! I'm glad Griz has a wonderful owner like you to take care of him!;)

Griz is such a beautiful girl and she is so lucky to have been adopted by a great owner such as yourself that is willing to put in a little extra time to work with her.
