Our Yorkie Sugar is very odd. Every single morning, she'll bark from somewhere in the house, and my mother has to track her down. She'll simply be sitting there with a "nummie" (dog treat) at her feet, but will bark until my mother makes a move to take away her nummie. Sugar will then run off, and the game is over. That's it. We haven't quite figured out what she gets out of it, or what she feels she's accomplished, but she does it at least once a morning.
