I injured my lower back on Thursday (picking Kia up :rolleyes::eek::(). I was pretty much immobilized Friday. Saw the chiropractor Friday and Saturday. Felt well enough after the second adjustment to sit in a theater and see Brave. Afterwards, we picked up fish and ribs to cook on the grill and I relaxed on the deck.

This afternoon I had lunch with my sister and nieces. Later I visited with my grandma.

Now I'm at work. All in all, it's been a great weekend despite the back injury. I'm still going to need some more adjustments, but hopefully I'll be back to my old self again soon. :)

Glad you are feeling better, and we hope you get back to full strength soon. Uh, oh - does this means Kia's gonna hafta go on a d-i-e-t?

LOL! Well, actually, she's already on a Senior Formula and eats less. It's the fact that she's less active that's making her put on the weight. I need to walk her more even though she's not a huge fan of it anymore.
