Are they safe to give your dog? Are some good and others not? Thoughts?

Raw bones are fantastic for your pup, helps clean teeth and gums.

Use non - weight bearing bones. For example, chicken necks and wings are great, chicken legs not so good. (Same for turkey, duck, all fowl) Beef marrow bones are yummy, they love to lick the marrow out of the center. Soup bones, that sort of thing.

Do not cook bones, as they dry and will splinter, hence could cause internal issues.

My flock regularly get the ones I've listed! Chicken wings are "treasure", the others I simply call bones. "Doggies want treasure?" Oh they come FLYING he hee.

Raw meaty bones are definitely good for dogs, it is their main diet in the wild. Just stick out with those legs listed above, the bones when crushed and swallowed is too sharp and could wound the stomach.
