Parastar flea treatment

Has anyone ever heard of this or used it? It is what the shelter is selling now. I'm a little nervous to use it since I've never heard of it. Even my sister is not familiar with it (she is a vet tech). I bought a package, but want some feedback before I actually use it.

I'm researching it online and saw something that said it was made by Sargeant's. It is a Novartis product. So I don't know what to believe. :(

I've never even heard of this, maybe it's just something new that they came out with? The only new product I've heard of is something by Merial called Certifect.

I never heard of it either, but it is manufactured by Novartis. I don't think that has anything to do with Sargeant's tho - which is good! I Googled it, but every time I click to view product details, my computer freezes up. Don't know what that's all about, but I can't find any details that way! :mad:
