Snow, rain and 100 degree heat, all in one week?


Spring Rolls, green tea and some wontons, fried and steamed.

I am feeling festive!

Welcome again to the East, Richard - weather a little variable for you spoiled California folks? ;) We didn't get the snow, no surprise with the way this season has gone, but we did get plenty of rain, so much that the ground, which had been parched, can't even really absorb it all, walking on the grass splashes!

We had rain (thank the Lord - we needed it), snow in the western part of the state (8"!! In April!!).

Today was a fabulously warm day. I think we topped out at 25oC. Very nice indeed. I'd love an iced tea please.

I'd love a spring roll and some wontons... I'd love some regular tea though, maybe a nice refreshing mint tea?

Spring is slowly springing, I'll be able to make another pass with the tiller this week now that there's been some rain, and get the onions in.

Planted about 12' of rhubarb that Lady's grandpa brought out on his trip this weekend. Rhubarb pie anyone?

Spring? It's summer here. We have temps in the 80s now. :D

Mint tea with honey does sound good!!! I'd love some too, please. And some mint oreo cookies to go with it. :love:

Oh, Richard, Storage Wars 3 will be starting in June. Just something to look foreward too. They have not said what date yet though. :D
