My son needs your help for his science experiment!
Are dogs predominantly
right handed / pawed???

If you want to help us out here is what you can do:

Call your dog from a laying position

Make a note of which paw it uses to lift itself from the flooralong with a note of time of day and date

Please repeat this exactly 10 times

Then either post your results here or email them to us at
[email protected]

Please include in your results the following information

Your name (would prefer first and last, but first only is ok)
Your location
Your dog's name, age and breed
Your results as follows:
(example)
1. 11-11-02 10:30 am called from laying position
used left front paw to get up
2. 11-11-02 5:30 pm called from laying position
used right front paw to get up
etc....10 times

PLEASE, if you plan to participate, REPLY TO THIS POST so that he has an idea of how many dogs/humans are participating. Feel free to cross-post if you know of another group who might want to participate.

Thanks!
CJ and James

I will do this! (Perfect since we've been working hard on the Down command lately. :D )
He'll be happy to do a down and then come to me. This is an interesting project!

I will post my findings here later today or tomorrow.
Or would it be better to do it over a couple of days?
When do you need all the results by?
