Unless something happens to stop the process, Joan has only one week left before the cats have to go.

I'm not sure how to help her but I don't want her to lose her cats especially when they are well cared for.
Anyone with idea's or suggestons please contact her. This is just so sad. I live in PA as well and I'd be glad to help transport.
