We've had let's see you threads, and we've seen pets, but how about our cars?

This is Buttercup :) She's a 2002 Chevy Cavalier LS.

And here's another one with my mom's car. (Yeah, we both drive Cavaliers :p)

Here is my car, a 2004 Turbo Jetta. This picture is very old, I think when I first got it. Now the back windows are all tinted and I have different rear lights. I attached a pic from my facebook of the back of my car after I got my new tail lights last Xmas.

I finally got my license in April and got my car exactly one month later.

I don't have any good pictures....but this is Kingsley! (the one I'm standing behind the door of. The maroon car is my friend's...she likes to park obnoxiously close to people hahah)

It's a 2006 Dodge Stratus. It has like 106,000 miles on it but I love him. The battery has died once, the driver side window doesn't roll down and it sometimes makes a weird noise if I have the air conditioning on for a long time but I have Elvis hanging from the rearview mirror so it's all good.

I have a bit of an obsession with my car, so there are like...5 pictures. This is Bruce a 2010 Hyundai Elantra.

The only thing that sucks is that everything is stock. I'm thinking about adding a spoiler, if I can find one primed that I like, and I have to ask my mechanic how much it'll cost to install. I don't even know if he'd do it for me, I may have to go to a detailing shop. But I've seen 'em before with spoilers and they look cool. I don't like my rims either, and my tail lights can be way cooler then they are.:p

I have this stuff in the back of my car, along with a paw print frame for the license plate and a Star Wars Rebel Alliance decal AND a Starfleet command decal. ;) It's my nerd mobile, but it suits me. It's fast, it's good on gas and he's even been "off-roading" a bit and he handled it really well. Bruce is a good car.

Next car shall be a YJ Jeep Wrangler, as long as I can still keep Bruce!

She is a Toyota Corolla, 2003. This is from when I first got her, and a shot I just took in the dark. I took a shot.. in the dark... haha... HA!

Yay! I love seeing everyone's cars :).

I have a zebra print "T" for UT and a smaller orange "T" and an apple sticker on the back of my car :p.

She's currently off at my uncle's where she was getting fixed, but I get her back tomorrow. Super excited

So let's see your cars! :D

I had a dark green 1996 Cavalier. I loved that car and it lasted me for many LONG years. My boyfriend was embarrassed to drive it though. LOL But he's fine driving my Jetta.

I'm hoping Buttercup lasts me at least through my undergraduate and either vet school or whatever else I decide to do. She's already got 110,000 miles on her, but she still runs great :).

Hahaha, they aren't that girly or anything. And green is a color that wouldn't have made him look silly! Jettas are definitely girlier than Cavaliers :p

That's what I thought! But his friend/co-worker teased him once when he was driving it. Boys!

I hope it lasts you as long as you need her too. I bought mine brand new in 1995 and sold it in 2004 when I got the Jetta. I had some problems with it (fuel injectors) but I still loved it. I still look for it in town. We sold it to a man who bought it for his son who was still in highschool. Maybe he's taken it off to college by now.

This is not my car....it's a picture I found on the internet but it looks exactly like it. Yeah, that's right, 92 chevy luminas are where its at. Ha ha. It was my grandma's car they bought it brand new, I bought it from her....I've had it for a long time I'm not sure how many years. It's up to around almost 90k miles now which is pretty awesome for a car that old. Unlike the pic my car has hubcaps....two different sets, but it still has hubcaps. ;)

So yours lasted you a good 9 years! Mine's already been around for 9, so I hope she lasts another 9 or so :p

Wow! 90,000 miles for a 92 is fantastic. (And your car is as old as me, lol!) I commend you on keeping a 92 in good shape and having it still run :)

I guess I should mention the husbands cars....he's obsessed with cars, does autobody work....my car (the 92 lumina) is the best running car we have ha ha. But we have lots of "work in progress" cars in the backyard (I thought we bought the big yard for the dogs, really it was for car collecting ha ha). His daily driver is a suzuki sidekick, his previous daily driver was (don't worry, we still have it) a suzuki samurai (it's pretty awesome actually). Then there's the 67 chevy pickup, 69 nova (not running just bought it and towed it home, needs lots of work), 80 something mazda rx-7 (his baby), and we just acquired a scout - I don't know the year or even who makes it, it was free and he wanted it. They brought it here on a trailer so I don't think it runs. Sorry I don't have any pics and I think he'd honestly get mad if I posted pics of his cars in the internet - they are his babies afterall. ;)

Still loving seeing everyone's cars. I think what you drive describes your personality to an extent :D.

Here's another one of Buttercup, taken today after she was all fixed and pretty.

Danielle, I have a newly acquired scuff mark on my car as of the other day :o... I kind of scraped Buttercup against the side of a wall when I was trying to park along a wall :(. Only been driving three weeks though, so that's my excuse.

There are a lot of silver cars on PT :p.

I drive a black 95 Mazda 626. It has about 156,000 miles and it leaks over 10 quarts of oil per week and is getting worse all the time. I would like a Honda Fit but I can't seem to convince the bank I really can afford payments. (I can)

Really I wanted a roomy hatchback that got great gas mileage and the Fit was the only one that seemed to fit that! I bought the Mazda last year with cash, It looks like I'm going to have to save up and buy another borderline junker car wish cash again since nobody wants to cosign.

That sucks :(. The bank should think of how this would affect the environment :p.

Maybe you'll be able to figure something out and get a Honda fit!
