URGENT: Boo DSH Cat FIV+ Cat Needs A Home or Might be Euthanized!

URGENT: Boo, a DSH cat, approximately 1-2 years in age, needs a permanent home. A nice family has been feeding him and took him to Halfmoon Valley Animal Hospital yesterday in hopes of adopting him. Unfortunately, he tested FIV+ and they can't bring him in. He's staying in their garage right now but if he can't find a home, they may euthanize him. They can take him in as FIV is spread only by deep bites. There are multi-cat households that have an FIV cat in their crew.

If he has a great personality, there is no reason they couldn't take him in.

I did a search and found links to several PA places that take FIV+ cats.

Any word on this handsome boy? My newest is FIV+, just like Honeybun was. He's a bit of a player but still does not bite. I hope the family decided to keep him, and didn't euthanize him out of fear and ignorance.
