Ethan Weibman, abetted by his girlfriend Jordan Donohue, is adopting cats
from shelters and rescues as well as getting them from Craigs List. He's TORTURING and then KILLING these cats methodically.

He is currently charged in BALTIMORE, MD with animal cruelty and
mutilation. He has ties to NY and MA as well.

All shelters / rescues / Craigs List people in the NC, VA, MD, DC, DE,
PA, NJ, NY, CT, RI, NH, VT, ME areas should distribute this WIDELY.
He is traveling around and adopting cats that he then tortures through
breaking teeth, beating, and dismembering!!!
PLEASE NOTE: This is intended to be distributed to the rescue community
and animal lovers as a "be on the lookout".

I got an email yesterday about this piece of garbage. I think the authorities need to be informed of his doings. This jerk needs a frontal labotomy and SERIOUS jail time. His girlfriend = the same thing.
