I got a call asking me if I'd be interested in taking two adult Sphynxes, a female who just gave birth, and the Baby Daddy. I think they're both about 3 years old and will come with papers.

I'm maxed out right now. On top of it, they both need to be sneutered. I'm trying to get low cost spay/neuter vouchers to have it done before they can be placed, as I trust no one.

If anyone here know of a reputable person who is very knowledgeable of the breed, please PM me. I won't be getting them for a couple of weeks so I've got time.

I appreciate any help you guys can give me.

Hope this might help - maybe they have a contact in your area.

This place usually takes only Rex of Sphynx. They say they are in the "Midwest" so that likely doesn't help much.

I just got a text from the liason (a vet tech) for the BYB. She says she'll call me tomorrow with the details, that they're almost ready to be picked up.

This whole situation has been "fishy" from the start, as I have no idea what they look like, (haven't seen pictures) as she "claims" she's very busy. I asked her to give me some kind of timeframe so I can prepare. One of my friends is taking the female after they're both fixed. My vet recommended one of her clients who has a Devon Rex and is very experienced in the Sphynx breed (one less thing I have to worry about) to take the male.

Keep your fingers crossed. I've got 2 vouchers with their names on it waiting at the vet. Maybe tomorrow she can send me pictures.

God bless you, Donna. All fingers and paw pads crossed here for you and the kitties.
