New Zealand Fishing Trip

This is one of 5 video's sent to me by mate Damien, he is the son of my best friend Mario (they are French Mauritians), and live down in Sydney. I stay with them for a few days when I'm in Sydney visiting the vet shrink.
Anyway, Damien is a keen fisherman, and I go fishing with him sometimes. Not this time tho.....as he went to New Zealand this time, and I'm too busy at the moment....maybe some other time.
The video opens with Damien on the end of the rod (black shirt, blue hat).

It's a young Prince Fish! :D

I remember our family being in NZ in 72 - we were trailering at a beach on the north edge of the south island (Whangarei?), and my dad caught a huge red snapper. The four of us couldn't finish it!

Loved digging for pippies and steaming them!

Love the colour of the ocean.
