I don't know if this has already been posted but I just learned about this lawsuit. I was feeding all of my cats Innova Evo dry and canned cat food for several years. After I learned that Proctor & Gamble had bought the company I decided to switch to a different food. ?? But, didn't they just purchase it recently? This law suit covers the time period PRIOR to that take over. It covers March 20, 2005 to July 8, 2011 . P& G bought them May 2010, almost at the end of that time period.

P&G is a BIG animal tester!!! I don't buy ANY of their products, so it doesn't surprize me at all.

I think at one time Innova was good food. At some point, the kitties became disinterested and I switched to VF Veterinarian's formula before switching to Blue.

Now i know why they lost interest. I submitted a claim for one purchase.
