I can't believe these people who work with dogs, either as their partners or in dog training could do something like this. :mad:

Maybe they should start teathering the officers to their dog partners to

This is the second time this man has done this, and the end of the article states "he isn't banned from keeping animals"??

Ridiculous. These dogs serve their handlers and citizens, and yet they died a horrible death in the hands of their handlers. How horrible and sad. :(
