This amendment will be on the ballot in Georgia tomorrow.

"Shall the Constitution be amended so as to provide for a dog and cat reproductive sterilization support program to control dog and cat overpopulation and thereby reduce the number of animals housed and killed in animal shelters and provide funds for the program from the voluntary purchase of special license plates and other sources?"

I hope it passes. I will try and get that tag for my vehicles next year. :)

Whenyou posted that it was pasing I seriously began to cry. That is just so great that people really want to help the animals. Being involved in rescue it breaks my heart to see so many animal sout there being neglected because of overpopulation etc. Thanks for the update. :)
