Sorry I missed it sweet child 'o mine. I thought it was May 30th (today), but it turns out it was May 20th. You turned 12. I remember the first time we met. It was at a cat show. I was bringing you and another Munchkin back to their respective cages. Little did I know you hated the other cat I was carrying, and you two got into a little tiff. You tried to bolt and I grabbed you on the back to stop you. You bit me. It was LOVE at first sight, my precious one.

Thank you for entering my life at a time when I needed you most, and you needed me. You were rescued from a bad breeder who kept you in a cage for the first year of your life. You were not used to people and terrified of me. It was the best bite I ever received.

I hope to have many more years with you! Today you get Fancy Feast!!!
