They are a snack that my Mom used to make especially on Sunday nights when I was a kid. She would do several different varieties. My favorites: take cream cheese & honey and whip it in the blender or with a mixer. *Slightly* melt chocolate chips in micro. just to soften a little bit and stir into cream cheese. Spread on Ritz Crackers.

Whip cream cheese & mustard, spread on Ritz cracker, cover with quarter of a slice of ham.

I know she used to do other varieties but those are the two that are coming to mind. I miss those days. :o

Oronoco River

Popcornbird - research - you know, we have computers?!?! LOL

Oronoco River is in Venezuela; I first heard of it in Enya's beautiful song "Oronoco Flow". Another threatened Rainforest area - sigh.

I know! LOL! I was too lazy to do a research on the web. LOL! Actually, I have a cold right now, so I'm too lazy to do anything. My stuffy nose is bothering me and my sinus is bothering me even more.

I don't need to research on this one. Its so easy!
