They are a snack that my Mom used to make especially on Sunday nights when I was a kid. She would do several different varieties. My favorites: take cream cheese & honey and whip it in the blender or with a mixer. *Slightly* melt chocolate chips in micro. just to soften a little bit and stir into cream cheese. Spread on Ritz Crackers.
Whip cream cheese & mustard, spread on Ritz cracker, cover with quarter of a slice of ham.
