So, I'm figuring out which lens to choose to replace my 55-200mm, which I am getting rid of.. with the Nikon DX 55-300mm (f/4.5-5.6), 70-300mm (f/4.5-5.6) or the 18-200mm (f/3.5-5.6).. The only difference between the 55-300mm/70-300mm is that the 70-300mm is faster in zoom and good for action/quick moving subjects.. the 55-300mm is good as well, but slow but still gets excellent pictures, obviously.
So, with the 18-200mm, I wouldn't mind if I had to stay at the same range, but extra room to use from the previous lens.. but there is a extra f-stop, which means, it would do well with night shots, possibly.
See why I can't choose? I'm being way too picky. I just want to replace my 55-200mm, which also had the f/4.5-5.6.. so I'm not really getting much different except length.
It mostly will be used for nature/landscape/outdoor photography/weddings - Help me out here, you photographers! :) I'd like to make a choice by the time this weekend's over so I can order it next week.
