As someone who is from this area and has dealt with Fargo weather, please vote for Fargo! Just last week we had a storm that had high winds, sleet, hail, 8 to 12 inches of snow and get this thunder and lightning! This was just one storm that we had. Summers we can get over 100 degrees with high humidity and winters we can get -40 degrees and that doesn't include windchill.
Also right now we are dealing with a flood that has a 50% chance of being worse then our 2009 flood where we had to evacuate hospitals and nursing homes. Just google 2009 flood fargo and look at the pictures.

Here's some more pictures of the flood.
So please vote for Fargo!!
Bradford, PA
*Last freeze: May 31
*88.7" snow
*71 days with snow
*Once dipped to -30 degrees

Fargo, ND
*Bitter cold, windy, spring flood risk
*4 of top 7 floods on record since 2001
*48 days of subzero cold
*14 days of 90+ heat
They may have us beat with snow
But our coldest recorded temperature with out windchill was -48
our hottest day was 114 degrees That's 162 degrees difference. Not many cities can say that!
Everyone is probably wondering why I live here now lol! But the people here are amazing. We have over a million sandbags made already from volunteers. This city really comes together in times of need. When we have had more then a foot of snow fall, there are people that go out in their trucks to just pull people out. After the snow storm last week I couldn't get my car out of the snow drift. 3 different neighbors come out helped me shovel and brought kitty litter (to help my car get traction).
Please vote for Fargo!

Oh I certainly know how horrible the weather can get. Do you live in Moorhead?
I'm from central MN and my grandparents live in Moorhead. The weather is so intense. lol

My dad works at the hospital in Onamia and I know they were making sure there were plenty of rooms available in case anyone needed to be evacuated!

I'll be sure to vote! :)

I'm originally from Moorhead, but live in Fargo now. (for those that don't know Moorhead is just across the Red River in Minnesota.) I don't doube Bradford has bad weather at all. But Fargo has more extreme weather. 2.5 million sandbags so far are made for the upcoming flood. Keep the votes coming!!!

I voted. The competitor left for Fargo is Bradford, PA, which somehow beat out Nantucket, I have no idea how that happened! But of the two, I think it is no contest!

I voted for Fargo!

I agree, it's no contest. Just seeing the movie a few years back gave me the chills.
