I know this is only a holiday in my head, but February 15th was Uncle Mac's birthday, he always said he was a late Valentine. To celebrate, I'd make his banana bread - the recipe's over here (http://petoftheday.com/talk/showpost.php?p=285852&postcount=211) - it's post #211 in the Recipe Thread (http://petoftheday.com/talk/showthread.php?t=16188) - but I'm allergic to bananas now, so I'm gonna make a different brown sugar nut bread instead - similar in nature, but actually a recipe Aunt Bertha clipped from the paper.
But as Uncle Mac was always good with kids, mechanically gifted, and a great spoiler of dogs and cats alike, please be good to someone today in his memory, okay?
