My sweet little foster dogs are ONE today!! Delta and Antare have spent most of their puppyhood in our local shelter. They are very, very timid, but making progress. Antare let me pet him through the fence this morning--he didn't duck or try to run away. That's huge progress for him!:D I expect he'll be adoptable pretty soon. Delta is likely a long term project. I just posted a pic of Delta a couple days ago, so I'll just put Antare in this one.

He's an Alaskan Husky...not a recognized breed. It's become a term used for any non-purebred dog bred to pull a sled. He is mainly husky, but who knows what else is mixed in there.
