OK...I need some quick help...

I just decided that I want to be a "cat lady" for Halloween. I have the "cute" dress, the shoes, the "grandma" sweater and a hideous bag that I am putting two stuffed cats in. I am filling my sweater pockets with mousies and cat treats (the bag). I am currently tring to get the cats to lay on my sweater so its covered in cat hair...any other ideas??

carry a (clean) litter scoop in your purse!!! :D

And, of course, some seriously shredded stockings would do. Perhaps a fake scratch or two? I like the kitty scoop idea!; maybe with a little supply of "litter" bags (or is that more a doggie thing?)
A hat with ears is always in style for cat ladies!!! Maybe a nice fluffy tail kind peeking out somewhere?

You gotta PM a pic, if you don't want to post it.

PLLEEEEEEEEEEAZZZZZZZZZE???????

Perhaps a few strategic bandaids to cover 'cat wounds'?

Do you have any pouches of cat food or kitty treats that you could put near the kitty scoop?

Wierd thought: what about making earrings out of catnip mice???

Yes, photos, please!!

You can carry a milk bottle if you have an empty one. And what's this PM a picture, you admitted to dressing up, you gotta POST the picture.

Good luck! Just because you want them to lay on it now, they won't. ;) :D I, too, would love to see a picture when you've got the whole outfit together. Sounds really cute. Unfortunately I don't have any good ideas except to maybe, somehow, temporarily glue some cat litter to your shows. Maybe an old pair of shows and don't they have something like spray on glue, then sprinkly the cat litter on.....sorry, I'm not a real creative one. :)

Wondeful ideas!! I wish I had thought of the litter scoop. Darn.

I am all dressed....I laugh everytime I think about what I look like...I'll have someone take my picture and I'll post it tomorrow night. :)

Thanks for your help!

This costume sounds great. I've gone as a cat but nothing like this. I'd love to see a picture of you. Here's one of me dressed up like a cat. You can't see my ears because of the dark background. This was at a Halloween party last year. Please don't laugh.

The only problem is that your nose will start hurting from being pinched by the ring. :( I bought the cat costume at a Spirit store. It's the kind that already has the tail attached to it.:)
