Mitchell, our wonder boy from the Doberman Rescue of Columbus comes home tonight to be with his new and rightfull providers!!!

A few of us Ohioans/Michiganers are planning on getting together for a puppy play date in November. Any interest in bringing your dobies up? we'd love to meet them!!

As long as their isn't snow on the ground and it isn't freezing...Dobes don't do well in extreme temperatures.

AAHH the little dobie pup is got to be so cute. Don't ya know they are the cutest!! I am so happy for you.

After a slight delay, Doberman Rescue of Columbus (http://www.handmedowndobes.org) delivered Mitchell to his new home (ours) on Wednesday evening. Callihan is taking his time getting used to his new brother. However, Mitchell fell in love with Callihan from the get go.

If I could just get Mitchy to stop biting Callihan that would be great. He just wants to play with Callihan. Callihan is 7 years old and Mitchy is approximately 20 weeks old. So their energy levels are a bit different. We are going to schedule obediance training in the next few weeks so that Mitchell will be trained to answer the door for the pizza delivery guy!

Will post pics as soon as I can get them scanned...

Thanks so much for everyones support during our time of heartbreak...We are of course still terribly devastated by Quinceys' death but life is getting easier.

YES please try to come to the meeting we would love to meet your babies!!! There is a member of the dogpark that has 2 dobes also. Kato and Kody they are 8 and 10 years and very sweet.
Can't wait to see pics!

I am so happy to hear you have Mitchell home with you at last. :) :) Really looking forward to seeing those pics of the little guy, and of Callihan too I hope.:)

Glad to hear the two of them are getting along. I can't wait to see some pics of Mitchell.
I too understand the difference in ages, Angus was 10 when we got Roxey (she was 8 wks:eek: )! And the biting, they learn to live with it:rolleyes:

Congrats again on getting Mitchell, I hope he will help fill the void in your hearts.
