hmmm....I think you may be right about the tools..

And the stuffed animals are a "lifetime collection" of mine...some as Christmas gifts from my spouse, some from my childhood, and some "found" that needed a good home. Ritz could care less about them

Thanks for the compliment...yes, she is a VERY pampered kitty...my fault, I fear :)

Yeah! Tuxie pictures!!! Ritzy is one classy beauty, that is for sure. My cats sleep ON my stuffed animals...like they are for them, or something. I wish I could bring my cats to my office...
Tuxluvr, those are great, feel free to post more of your beauty...it makes Texas soooo jealous...he wants to be on the 'net, with Ritzy.

LOL LOL Great pics! Ritz is a darling!! Too funny with the stuffed animals. That is so me! Heck, I still like to get stuffed animals now and then! :o I have that same Garfield cat and I remember those alley cats(is that what they were called??). My friend had a grey and white one. I noticed you have a "Ritzy" one! :D LOL

I just couldn't give any of my stuffies up, so I still have my entire lifetime collection to be passed on to my kids someday...

Ritzy is just the little office helper isn't she??;)

I think you know who the real "boss" of the office is. Maybe you should make a sign that says "BOSS CAT" and put it by her window seat.:)

I love the stuffed animals too, my daughter has one that matches my cat and a couple of tux cats too!;)

YES!!! I just looked at the tag - it's Alley Kats....I've had that thing for years - my spouse bought it for me in honor of another black and white cat that we had at the time. Looks a little like Scooter around the eyes, don't you think? :) (teasing)

I'm 47 years old and STILL love getting stuffed animals :D

Yeah, pictures of my favorite tuxy girl. :) Ritzy looks like she is the CEO. Sitting there doing nothing, while you're slaving away. ;) :) And to add even more insult to inury, she not only just sits there, but plays with her mousie besides! Well I've never seen such an inconsiderate CEO and I believe she deserves.....a big smooch! ;);)

We don't get enough Ritzie pics....:(
I think your stuffy animals should consider themselves lucky to still be safely tucked in the corner..... this was the fate of poor Otter...

I agree Ms. Ritzie is most definatelly a savvy office dresser.... maybe I could use her services here at my job... helping me answer the phone?!?!?;)

Why does Mr. Otter antagonize that sweet Tinky so?

Tubby & Peanut's Mom

Tinky is so brave to attack that mean ol' Mr. Otter. He's about twice her size!

At first I couldn't make out the first picture. I was looking for an orange kitty and all I could see was this big brown thing on the floor. ;) :D Then I got oriented on the second picture and found Tinky in the first one. Great pictures, Sara. :) :D

Sara, those pictures are hilarious! Ritzy doesn't attack anything her own size or bigger (other than us)

And, don't give Ritzy anyideas - she actually TRIES to answer the phone, or at least do something to get it to stop ringing...she always runs over to it and meows at it...RING meow RING meow...we caught her a few times with her paw under the headset!!! Maybe "Baxter" is calling her?? (from Meow Mix commercial)

*LOL*
I have heard of cats not liking the phone... mine don't care about it... they do race in the room when the alarm clock goes off and just stare at it .... till my sleepy self finds the snooze button..

... what is this ... does Mizz. Ritzie have a crush on Baxter the Meow Mix kitty?!?!?:D

They even have the same eye color!

Ritzy is really "Extraordinaire" :)
And Repurr really looks like her.
I laso have a collection of stuffed toys, but Juni likes to play only with the "Doggy" http://http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/vcasian/vwp?.dir=/Pets&.dnm=The+Dog.jpg&.src=ph&.done=http%3a//photos.yahoo.com/bc/vcasian/vwp%3f.dir=/Pets%26.dnm=The%2bother%2bear.jpg%26.src=ph
And this after we sew his parts together.
She also liked a orange bunny with a carrot, but, first - the bunny lost the carrot, then he lost the head, then - it was all lost for a while, now Juni finds from time to time the carrot, or a part of the bunny. The bunny was her first toy, it was 3 times bigger than her, when she was carrying it LOL.

AMAZING! The only difference I note is Ritzy's lack of white "eyebrow" lashes - she has lashes, but they are all black EXCEPT ONE....Peppurr has a lovely compliment of full white lashes----so gorgeous!

Miz Ritzy is finding Mr Jones QUITE a hunka hunka tuxie kitty too!

If you want to post pics, you have to have them launched on a public website somewhere....then copy the properties to your pettalk post - I think there are instructions somewhere on Pettalk....

Here's a 'collage' for those who still don't have enough of Ritz...who is now singing "MeeeEEEEE AaaaaAAND Mister, Mister Jooones, Mr Jones Mr JOnes!!"

Why, Rose, that's Herselfness, the one, the only Grasshopper Magicat Shadowcat!!!! Like Ritzy, the one and the only in her home, anyway!! Yep, how 'bout those white-chin Tuxies? Now we'll have to start a bunch of Tuxie subCATegories for where their white is located and how much of it they have!! She falls into the ascot, tummy, gloves and boots variety LOL!!

And BTW, she is a BIG Ritzy fan, and a definite Biddy double!! In fact, she purrs approval everytime a Tuxie face is on my screen!!
But she doesn't discriminate: she hisses at any cat who comes too near her turf equally!!

Of course, I have to include this: http://catoftheday.com/archive/2002/August/14.html

No Ritzy retrospective would be complete without her original introduction into the pettalk hall of fame...this is a much younger Ritz, from may 8, 2001...the picture was actually taken about 8 months prior to that.

Can you imagine Barry White purrrrring?! Brrrrr!

Tuxie, how old was Miss Ritzy in this pic?

I ask because Grasshopper was not much smaller when I fist met her, which is why I almost didn't bring her home  ! I remember telling Annie "That's a cat, not a kitten!"

She was three months at the time. Wow, have I changed!!!!

Yes, Barry White-cat purring would probably rattle all our fillings loose!

Miz Ritz is about 6 months old in her COTD picture. She was, umm...a bit more "svelt" than today's miss :). In that picture, she was sporting a major kitty 'tude'...like "take that camera out of my face or lose it!"

Kohala, I can't believe I missed Grasshopper as COTD! She is a beautiful kitty (as are all tuxies), but I didn't know she was 16. As you probably know, Tubby is my tuxie wannabe and he's 16 1/2 now, and doing good just like Grasshopper. :)

Shes showing signs of aging, but she enjoys her quiet life with us! She seems a little arthritic in her hips, Dadcat thinks, we have had to adjust her food a little, and shee seems a little bony in the hips but otherwise she's still my loving "kitten." I can't say if she sleeps more, 'cause, let's face it, cats always sleep!!!!

True. :D

Tubby is getting a little arthritic too, I think. He can't jump as good as he used to, so my dad made a a little box that I put at the end of the bed to help him jump into bed. Something like that might help Grasshopper too. :) And he seems stiff when he first wakes up from a nap, and the first couple of steps are a little shaky, but once that's over with, watch out because he might just run you over on his way to the food dish. ;)

LOL!!!!! Or, in Grasshopper's case, trip you as she "herds" you towards the kitchen!!
