RIP John Lennon. I still wonder where his career would have gone if he hadn't been killed that night.

Imagine all the people living life in peace

Hard to believe it's 30 years already. I remember waking up to the clock-radio hearing the news. It was a combination of shock and sadness over the loss of a music icon.

RIP, John and thank you for some beautiful sounds!

All we are saying is give peace a chance.....

Still the saddest day of my life.

My thoughts are that he'd be computer savvy and fascinated by all the new technology. Recording like Paul? Maybe not so much, but producing etc. And of course, fighting for justice and peace in the world. JMO.

I was sitting at work listening to the Monday night football game on the radio.

I remember hearing that JL had been shot and the rest of the night was a blank.

I wasn't a real Beatles fan, but I was stunned about the news.

Wow...

One thing I found patently offensive is the iTunes commercials that were heavily played yesterday.

Hey, John's dead.

Pick him up for 99 cents a tune on the internets.

Morons.

It was the first real trauma of my young life. I still tear up today. The world is a far better place for his gifts and a far worse place for his lose. I was 19 and it shattered my world. RIP Johnny. Tomorrow never knows.
