Hi, I'm new to Pet Talk. I've adopted a 12 week old Mauxie and wonder if there are any others with this designer mix out there. I've got questions and would love to share with other owners!

What breed mix is it? Funny how people used to just call them "mutts" but now, for marketing, they get fancy names! Congratulations on your new puppy, whatever breed mix she is.

My little Chica is indeed a Maltese/Dachshund mutt, although we love her as much as if she were a purebred dog of distinguished blood lines! ;)

At 12 weeks she's a furry whirling dervish and the only results I get with a camera are blurred! But here's one where she's sacked out on the bed pillow, sticking her tongue out at me! (Maybe 'cause I call her a mutt?):p
